Site Foreman
Orbit Painting is seeking an experienced, motivated Site Foreman with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills — someone who values quality workmanship and is ready to lead projects, support team development, and uphold high standards on every job site.
Duties & responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and an exceptional customer experience
- Oversee hiring and on-site training in line with company growth goals
- Communicate clearly with customers and project managers
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule
- Uphold Orbit's core values and professional standards on every site
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years' experience in the painting trade
- Certificate of Qualification (C.Q.) or Red Seal preferred
- Strong grasp of job-site systems and operational processes
- Proven administrative, project, and people-management skills
- Strong commitment to customer service and professionalism
- Willingness to complete company training and certification
