If a signed project agreement conflicts with these Terms of Service, the signed project agreement will control for that specific project.
5. Site Access and Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing reasonable access to the property, accurate project information, and any required permissions or approvals.
Clients should inform Orbit about known hazards, access restrictions, building rules, resident requirements, and other conditions that may affect the work.
6. Changes, Delays, and Site Conditions
Project timelines may change because of weather, material availability, access restrictions, hidden conditions, safety concerns, changes requested by the client, or circumstances outside Orbit's reasonable control.
Additional work or changes to the agreed scope may require written approval and may result in additional charges.
7. Payments
Payment terms will be stated in the applicable estimate, proposal, invoice, work order, or contract. Taxes, deposits, progress payments, change orders, and outstanding balances will be handled according to the applicable written agreement.
8. Safety and Property Protection
Orbit plans and performs work with attention to applicable safety requirements, site conditions, and reasonable measures to protect the property and surrounding areas.
Clients must follow reasonable safety instructions and notify Orbit of any unsafe condition that may affect the project.
9. Intellectual Property
The website design, text, graphics, branding, images, logos, and other content on this website belong to Orbit Painting & Restoration or their respective owners and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used without permission.
10. Third-Party Links
