Duties & Responsibilities

As a Site Foreman, your primary responsibility will be managing painting and restoration project sites.

• Deliver high-quality workmanship and an exceptional customer experience

• Oversee hiring and provide on-site training in alignment with company growth and training goals

• Communicate clearly and consistently with customers and project managers

• Ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule

• Uphold Orbit Painting’s core values and professional standards on every site

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the painting trade

• Painting Certificate of Qualification (C.Q.) or Red Seal certification preferred

• Strong understanding of job site systems and operational processes

• Proven administrative and project management skills

• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills

• Strong commitment to customer service and professionalism

• Willingness to complete company training and certification programs

Compensation

The Foreman role carries significant responsibility and strong income potential. Compensation is performance-based and competitive within the industry.
